Who sets these terms

This website is operated by Helen Moffatt, trading as Failsafe Solutions. Until a limited company is formed, references in these terms to "Failsafe Solutions," "we" or "us" mean Helen Moffatt as sole trader.

How to use this website

This website explains what Failsafe Solutions does, how the Failsafe Method works, and what you can expect when you engage with us. It is meant to help you decide whether a conversation with us would be useful. The detailed, tailored advice about your business comes in the conversation itself — in a discovery call, in a Business Performance Review, and in the written report. Nothing on this site is a substitute for that.

If you have a specific question about your business and want a direct answer, the right next step is to book a Business Performance Review or write to hello@failsafe-solutions.com.

The Failsafe Business Performance Framework, the Failsafe Method, the Failsafe Loop, the Failsafe Performance Maturity Model, the Failsafe Business Performance Index, the Business Performance Review and the Failsafe Principles are intellectual property of Failsafe Solutions. The ™ symbol indicates common-law trademark rights; formal registration is not yet held. You may quote from this website for non-commercial use with attribution; for any other reuse, please write to us first.
